Breakfast and Lunch Beginning the first day of school, students may purchase breakfast and lunch in the cafeteria daily.  A menu is sent home each month and students sign up on a daily basis in their classrooms to buy lunch.  The TUSD Breakfast Brochure includes the menu breakfast, as well as helpful nutritional information.

Breakfast is served from 7:45 a.m. to 8:25 a.m. Students need to begin eating on time to line up with their class at 8:25 a.m.

Advance Purchase Tickets Advance purchase ticket booklets may be purchased at a discount from the school office, or you can download the Prepaid Meal Ticket Order Form from the TUSD website.

NOTE:  PLEASE WRITE YOUR CHILD’S NAME ON EACH TICKET.  Tickets are like cash and sometimes get lost.  We will do our best to be sure that lost tickets get back to the rightful owner.

Other Information Parents may join their children for breakfast.  Those wishing to join their children for lunch in the cafeteria must call the school office prior to 9:00 a.m. so that we may include you in our lunch count if you will be purchasing lunch from the cafeteria.

Students are expected to spend approximately fifteen (15) minutes eating lunch in the designated lunch area before being excused to the playground, but certainly may remain longer.

NOTE:  Candy may be brought to school only as part of lunches; however, no sharing of candy is permitted.  Gum and sunflower seeds are NOT allowed at school at any time.
